Part time receptionist

This is a part time role, working Monday and Fridays 8am to 5pm and Saturdays from 10am to 2pm

The ideal candidate will be able to answer 5 incoming phone lines and transfer to voice mails, greeting customers, checking in products and writing up orders for service,  basic data entry into Microsoft excel, letters/memos on Microsoft word and will provide administrative support to the company President.

 

 

 

Must have basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

QuickBooks experience is preferred  

Must work well in a small office/retail environment

Strong customer service skills required
