Encadria Staffing Solutions is currently hiring at Molex for Assembly Operators in Phoenix, AZ.

Molex drives innovation in electronics, supporting industries from Automotive to Healthcare and Consumer to Data Communications.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Capable of performing assembly operations including, but not limited to:
  • Prepping
  • Assembling
  • Identifying process/product problems/troubleshooting
  • Packaging
  • Follow procedures/drawings & work instructions accurately without repetitive mistakes
  1. Works on completing requirements for Training checklists.
  2. Responsible for meeting daily shift goals for both quantity and quality.
  3. Must have knowledge in the use of microscope.
  4. Responsible for the proper handling of fiber (measuring, cleaning, inspecting, preparation and assembly)
  5. Accurate completion of data entry and paperwork related to the assembly area.
  6. Understand, support and contribute to current Polymicro/Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
  7. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 – 2 years experience in assembly/manufacturing environment.
  • Must have manual dexterity to work with small parts
  • Must be able to work safely with chemicals
  • Must be able to follow written procedures
  • Must be able to perform in a continuous manufacturing environment
  • Must be able to fill out all paperwork accurately and legibly without repetitive mistakes
  • Must be able to communicate with co-workers and supervisor.
  • Microsoft Office, Word & Excel
  • Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods of time.

Preferred Experience

  • SAP

Shift: Day shift operators 7 am – 3:30 pm

Pay: $16/hr
