Encadria is currently working with KBX Rail in Wichita in hiring a Temporary (approximately 90 days) Data Extraction Contractor.
What You Will Do In Your Role:
- Extract data from car repair facility inspection forms into our system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of information which is used for our service reliability assessments as mandated by the Federal Railroad Administration. These assessments play a large part in establishing the frequency of our mandatory railcar inspection intervals.
Duration: 3 months (timeline subject to change)
Role Focus:
- Clear backlog of over 9600 inspection forms.
- Handle ongoing extraction needs, accommodating new customers and additional document influx.
Desired Characteristics:
- Detail orientated with a focus on high accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently.
- Reliability in meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
- Proactive in seeking clarification and addressing discrepancies (stop, think, and ask).
Requirements:
- Proficiency in data entry.
- Previous knowledge around systems preferred but not mandatory.
