Position Overview: This role will play a crucial role in supporting the successful implementation of our ERP system. This role involves working closely with the OCM team, project managers, and various stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies and plans to support the global ERP implementation.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and identify key changes and impacts of the ERP system on different user groups.
- Support the creation and delivery of communication materials, including emails, newsletters, presentations, and training documents in Adobe.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure they are well-prepared for the new system.
- Monitor and track the progress of change management activities and provide regular updates to the OCM team and project managers.
- Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and escalate any concerns or issues.
- Assist in the development of user adoption metrics and reports to measure the success of the change management efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities with the overall project plan.
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OCM (Organizational Change Management) administrator to join our team and support our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation project for the next 9 to 12+ months in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
