This is a temporary assignment and the scheduled dates are listed below:
- December 3, 2025 | 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- December 4, 2025 | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Additional blood drive assignments are anticipated in March, May, July, and December 2026.

Position Overview
As a Temporary Blood Drive Registration Assistant, you will support our blood donation events on a limited and scheduled basis. Your role is crucial in ensuring an efficient and smooth process for donors during these special projects.
Responsibilities
- Register blood donation applicants efficiently and courteously
- Help set up donation stations, including check-in and post-donation areas
- Monitor donors for any adverse reactions during or after donation and notify medical staff as necessary
- Understand and follow policies related to hyper-immune programs, if applicable
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all donor, personnel, and center information
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum one year of administrative experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Excellent time management skills
