Encadria Staffing Solutions is hiring for a Temporary Consumer Engagement Office Assistant to work at Georgia-Pacific’s headquarters in Atlanta, GA. We are seeking a detail-oriented Consumer Requests Assistant to efficiently manage incoming consumer communications via mail and daily chat. The ideal candidate will primarily use predefined responses to address inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation and timely assignment of requests within Salesforce CRM. This role plays a vital part in maintaining data integrity and optimizing workflow efficiency through effective case management and system clean-up.
This is a temporary role estimated to last for 3 months.
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts scheduled within core hours of 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, working onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to incoming consumer requests received by mail and chat using predefined templates.
  • Accurately record all interactions and updates in Salesforce CRM.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive mail and documents.
  • Assign consumer requests to appropriate team members based on nature and priority.
  • Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including closing outdated cases and cleaning up records to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline communication workflows and improve response times.
  • Monitor ongoing cases to ensure timely resolution and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Dispose of outdated or unnecessary mail and documents following company retention policies.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience handling physical mail, filing, or administrative tasks preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential materials responsibly.
  • Basic computer skills for logging and tracking mail.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
