Encadria is looking for talented individuals to directly support Georgia Pacific's Customer Service team.
This is a temporary role working in the Customer Service department of Georgia Pacific!
There is a 1 month training period to ensure that you receive the right knowledge needed to be successful as a Customer Service Representative. Duties will include scheduling delivery appointments, tracking loads and data entry into SAP. You will be working closely with distributors to ensure that their orders are entered on time and delivered successfully. Use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook and Excel will be required. Experience in SalesForce and SAP is a plus! If you are looking for a great opportunity to use your customer service skills in a large office setting then this is the role for you!
GED Required Associates/Bachelors Degree is preferred
