Encadria is currently looking for an employee to work a long term temporary role at Georgia Pacific in Green Bay!
Hours: 1st shift Monday-Friday
In this role you will be responsible for entering and updating vendor contact information using Microsoft Suite, Dart, Asset Suite and SAP. Research and maintain End User master information in SAP/Vistex and other systems
• Maintain End User and buying group membership lists and tiers through Pricing Agreements in SAP/Vistex and other systems
• Develop and maintain appropriate technologies to support End User maintenance and relationships across all data sources
• Communicate with internal and external customers to maintain active membership rosters, tiered pricing assignments, and validation of End User participation on promotions and pricing agreements.
• Address matching from a membership to our end users in Vistex DO system
• Research and validate end users
• Duplicate clean up
• Other side projects for system clean up
Must have strong communication skills
A high attention to detail
Strong computer skills
Be a strong problem solver
