Freight Audit Analyst

Encadria Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a Freight Audit Analyst position at the Georgia-Pacific Center offices in Atlanta. Koch Business Solutions is the centralized shared service company that provides services to all Koch companies. Our major product lines include Human Resources, Technology, and Accounting/Financial services. This is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity through Koch Industries’ own internal staffing agency – Encadria Staffing Solutions, LLC. A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

Act as the liaison between the carriers and internal and/or external customers to:

• Resolve billing discrepancies and handle exceptions timely, and escalate when appropriate
• Ensure all freight invoices are processed efficiently through appropriate ERP
• Identify and route GP non-load freight invoices to facility logistics team to audit, and send for coding and approval to ensure prompt payment.
• Validate carrier credit memos and process credits when necessary
• Report on freight invoices for Month End Accruals
• Coordinate/facilitate EDI invoice issues between the carrier and Visibility Team (after receipt of EDI Invoice)

What You Will Need:

Basic Qualifications: 

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented disposition
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Natural inclination to work in a team environment
• Superior customer service skills with a “customer-first” mentality
• One year of prior high volume accounts payable experience
• HS Diploma or GED

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Job Hours: 7:30am -4:30pm

Salary: $21-25.00 /hour, depending on experience

Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
