Encadria Staffing Solutions is seeking General Laborers to work at Molex in Belvidere, IL

Shift: 2nd shift position, normal hours are Monday – Thursday, 3:30PM to 2:00AM, with Friday overtime scheduled as needed.

Pay: $16.50 per hour

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

• Load, operate, and unload presses to produce rubber products consistent with product specifications while maintaining production and quality standards and controlling waste.
• Will work in other departments and in other capacities as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Load raw materials into press as indicated by pressroom instructions.
• Monitor press operation and cycle times to meet operating specifications for each product.
• Unload product from press and remove trim.
• Inspect product for defects and report deficiencies to leader.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area disposing of waste and trash.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area paying attention to foreign material that could contaminate product.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Observe all safety standards and environmental procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a frequent basis, 50 lbs. on a regular basis.

Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis, over 50 lbs. on rare basis, steel toe shoes
