- This position is truly temporary and expected to start in April and last until September depending on the weather. Pay for this position is $19 per hour. _
A day in the life typically includes:
· Mow, weed eating, edging all areas of the facility
· Care for trees, shrubs and flowers by watering, pruning, fertilizing, mulching and caring for beds
· Collect and dispose of leaves, dirt, trash, etc from the facility
· Operating other lawn equipment as directed
Basic Qualifications:
· At least 3 months previous work experience
· Willing and able to work outside for at least an 8 hour shift (Days)
· Willing and able to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, pulling for long periods of time
· Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations, to include wearing safety equipment
· Experience using lawn care tools including lawn mower, weed eater, edger, blower, trimmer, etc.
· Experience using power tools and hand tools

Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least six (6) months of work experience in a farming, carpentry, construction, or military environment
- Two (2) years or more of manufacturing or production experience
- One (1) year or more of experience working in the lumber or timber industry
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience operating mobile equipment, e.g.; forklifts, bobcats, cranes
- One (1) year or more of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
