Data Entry Associate – NRX Asset Hub (Parts Book Creation)

Encadria Staffing Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional to support our Parts Book development process within NRX Asset Hub software at Georgia Pacific in Halsey, Oregon. This role is remote and is primarily focused on data entry and tracking across multiple systems, requiring accuracy, consistency, and the ability to work independently.

Duties

• Enter and manage large volumes of equipment and parts data in NRX Asset Hub
• Track and update information across multiple internal programs
• Create Parts Books to support asset management and maintenance operations
• Meet defined data input quotas while maintaining quality and completeness
• Identify and escalate any roadblocks or system issues to supervisor in a timely manner
• Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Quick to learn and adapt to new software systems
• Prior experience with NRX Asset Hub is a plus, but not required
• Schedule & Work Environment
• Flexible work hours
• Not a highly technical position; ideal for someone with excellent focus and data handling skills
• Must have strong dependable internet access.
• The company will provide laptop for employees use.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
