Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full-Time) Temporary) 6 
A.M. to 3:30 P.M.)
Position Summary
Encadria Staffing Solutions is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Janitor/Building Grounds Custodian for Georgia-Pacific's Warrenton, GA facility. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and sanitation of multiple office and operational areas throughout the site. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a clean, safe, and professional environment for employees, visitors, and contractors.

The successful candidate will follow a consistent daily cleaning routine, perform weekly deep-cleaning activities, replenish supplies, remove trash, and promptly communicate any safety or environmental concerns observed throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of office buildings, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
  • Remove trash and recyclables daily throughout the facility.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces as needed.
  • Restock cleaning and restroom supplies on a regular basis.
  • Perform weekly deep-cleaning of designated areas.
  • Clean windows, tables, countertops, appliances, and other common-use surfaces.
  • Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a neat, organized, and professional condition.
  • Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or environmental concerns.
  • Safely use cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
  • Follow all Georgia-Pacific safety policies and site requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, walking, and standing throughout the shift.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean work environment.
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
