Pay Rate: $23/HR

Schedule: Rotating 12-hour (ABCD) schedule. 6A-6P when on days, 6P-6A when on nights

Duration: Temporary, potentially temporary to permanent

Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide support for ongoing safety and housekeeping processes
• Accurately record weigh receipts for all truck receipts and shipments
• Manage the onsite shuttle drivers to keep warehouse levels at or under capacity
• Onsite Driver and Trailer management through our Guard Gate system
• Work with GP Recycling on Recovered Fiber weight and quality issues
• Receive inbound and outbound trucks utilizing the “WinScale” computerized truck system
• Maintain Woodyard and Recovered Fiber inventory level information

Required Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of transportation logistics (freight, trucking, rail, intermodal, carrier operations).
• Understanding of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS), ERP, and shipment tracking software.
• Experience with inventory and yard management in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills for cost optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Effective communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and maintain positive carrier/vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptability and problem-solving under pressure.
