Encadria Staffing Solutions is currently hiring for temporary Production Associates to work at Georgia-Pacific’s facility in Madison, GA.

This is a temporary assignment estimated to last for 6 months

Schedule:

12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a 4/2 rotation:

• 2 consecutive day shifts
• 2 consecutive night shifts
• Followed by 2 days off

Pay:

• $20/hr

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to defined standards and product specification targets.
• Assist crew members and work in team environment.
• Help meet or exceed production and quality goals.
• Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Keep work area clean throughout shift.
• Perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours a day, in a loud/noisy, and industrial, high-volume environment.
• Lifting objects up to 50 pounds.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and scrub floors.
• Dust surfaces, vents, and equipment as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willing and able to work in a hot, humid, cold, noisy and dusty industrial environment.
• Willing and able work any shift, overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Able to routinely lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift or move 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willing and able to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.

Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor work in a manufacturing setting
• Exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required
