Encadria Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a skilled Marketing Professional with a high level experience to assist with a new project for Georgia-Pacific, under the GP PRO team. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing Engagement Specialist to join the team that supports the GP PRO business in its marketing efforts. This is a vital role that would act as a single point of contact for our internal stakeholders. The Marketing Engagement Specialist will be a master of customer focus while seeing the big picture and help guide specialized work teams execute against strategic calendars.

The Marketing Engagement Specialist will be tasked with overseeing and helping guide the execution of editorial calendars. The specialist will work with multiple stakeholders and team members. The ideal candidate must have stellar communication and facilitation skills, a respectful customer approach and an ability to represent marketing at a broad level. This position reports to the Sr. Director, Brand Experience.



Oversee and guide the execution of strategic calendars

Collaborate with internal customers and team members to discuss & scope specific tactics

Work with project teams to devise plans that meets the creative brief, investment & timing

Create creative briefs as needed

Interact with internal customers, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met

Checking and reporting on the work progress

Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the project

Work with our category/product teams to evangelize our design systems as a whole including content development and strategic calendars


Bachelor’s degree in business administration, advertising, journalism, or marketing

5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: account executive (agency or in-house), product/program management, digital platforms



Broad knowledge of marketing including creative process, briefing, strategic plans

An understanding of brand narratives and an ability to support and articulate clear and compelling stories

Ability to course-correct / clarify scope for and with project teams as needed

Applied knowledge of content standards, including style guides, lexicons, and content types

Experience with global brands and/or world-class agencies

Relentless attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams & customers (Design, Product, Demand Generation, IT)

Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

Demonstrated experience with annual planning for cross-segment content

Prior experience with CPG and/or B2B
