Encadria Staffing Solutions is hiring a Mobile Equipment Diesel Mechanic to support operations at the Georgia Pacific Lumber facility in Albany GA. Join a safety focused team where your skills help keep equipment running and production moving.
Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour based on experience with growth opportunities
Schedule: Day shift with 10 to 12 hour days. Must be flexible for overtime weekends and holidays.
Location: 3150 Sylvester Road Albany GA
What You Will Do
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mobile equipment including oil changes filter replacements brake adjustments and inspections. Diagnose issues troubleshoot equipment and complete minor and major repairs. Maintain accurate records submit work orders and support safe efficient operations.
Qualifications
Experience as a heavy equipment or diesel mechanic
Ability to read electrical hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
Experience with engines transmissions and powertrain components
Preferred
Three or more years of experience in manufacturing or mobile equipment repair
Technical training or diploma
Basic computer skills
