Full-Time Temporary-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
1st Shift (Monday Friday 5:00am to 1:00pm
2nd Shift (Monday Friday 1:00pm to 9:00pm
3rd Shift (Monday - Friday 9:00pm - 5:00am)

We are currently hiring Mold Technicianto provide process engineering technically support to production units to address and resolve any system, process, or mechanical issues that cause efficiency loss to improve the manufacturing process in a face paced automotive production industry as well as lowering cost of production while improving the quality of our product from raw material to final assembly with SRG Global located in Portageville, Mo. Must pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities
This position reports directly to the Molding Quality Supervisor. The employee will also follow all EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) rules and procedures pertaining to this job as outlined in the training program.

Utilize the 5S process and philosophy to establish workplace norms for orderliness, cleanliness, and discipline
Conduct themselves in a safe manner by following all job safe practices
Adhere to all plant policies, procedures, and work instructions
Accept personal ownership of company, plant and departmental goals for quality, productivity and safety
Provides process engineering technically support to production units to address and resolve any system, process, or mechanical issues that cause efficiency loss.
Provides process support to plant engineering activities involving preparation and execution of detailed engineering projects.
Explores new tools and designs improvements relating to capacity, efficiency, process safety and environmental performance.
Works with support teams to monitor unit operators, correct problems and assists in improvements for special problem and projects
Leads team in identifying root cause of problems found, develops solutions, and implements changes for problems as they arise from prototype to production builds.
Provides training to process technicians.
Sets up and optimizes injection molding processes
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years experience with Injection Mold Processing
Efficient computer skills
Familiar with programs such as SolidWorks, Inventor and Microsoft Office
Ability to work on own initiative and work well in a group
Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding part design and tooling
Well organized project management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
4-year engineering degree
5S & lean manufacturing
Robotics
Automotive
High level of self-motivation
Physical Requirements
Frequently required to stand or walk on concrete floor for 8+ hours and lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
Requires hand, arm back, and leg strength; also, bending and squatting ability
Must have eye, foot, and hand coordination, and be able to do repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine motor manipulation
- Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures and perform work indoors/outdoors as needed
