Then you may be the perfect for our Bilingual Team Leader role for day shift. Encadria is the staffing service that provides long-term temporary employees to the Dixie plant in Bowling Green, KY. We’re looking for a talented and dedicated individual to join us and lead the Packing team to excellence, someone who understands what makes team members tick and motivates them to do their best. You’ll supervise 10-15 associates who are checking quality and packing Dixie plates. Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
$17 per hour
Weekly pay on Thursdays
12 hour shifts from 6:45am to 7pm
2/2/3 Schedule (off every other weekend)

 Responsibilities:
- Check In team members at beginning of shift
- Provide communication to team members as needed
- Provide safety orientation and production training for new hires
- Maintain constant communication with managers and supervisors
- Able to reach out to employees via phone as required
- Manage rotations and breaks during shift
- Assist and support team members in production area as needed
- Complete Performance Evaluation forms for team members in quarterly basisÂ
- Monitor flow and quality of product
- Inspect, weigh, and package product
- Work at different stations as production requires
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Lead a group of people
- Provide feedback to team members
- Communicate in English and Spanish
- Work 12-hour shifts
- Work at a fast-paced environment
- Work long periods of time constantly moving
- Lifting and pulling up to 20lbs.
- Reaching, stretching, twisting and twisting hand motion
