Production Workers

This entry level position starts with an hourly rate of $15.00 per hour with a competitive benefits package and lots of room for advancement.

A Day In The Life Typically Includes:

• Safely working on and around paper machining.
• Safely operating machinery and or forklifts in order to complete tasks.
• Working cooperatively and productively with supervisors and other associates in order to complete tasks
• perform manual labor tasks to assist the Paper Machines department with important prep and clean-up work.
• Working with machines with a mechanical and electrical aptitude to troubleshoot issues and make corrections before issues arise.

• What You Will Need:
• Basic Qualifications:
• Willing and able to adhere to safety rules and regulations with or without reasonable accommodation
• Willing and able to operate mobile equipment and stationary machinery.
• Willing and able to work in a hot, cold, dusty, and noisy industrial environment. This position is labor intensive.
• Willing to work a 7am-3pm Monday -Friday and OT on Saturday for training and then 12 hr rotating shift schedule including days, nights, and weekends .
• Willing and able to wear the necessary Personal Protection equipment (PPE) (i.e. safety glasses, face shield, respirator, ear plugs, hearing protection, steel-toe boots or safety shoes and other PPE required by specific jobs) with or without reasonable accommodation

• Preferred Qualifications:
• A minimum of one (1) year in industrial machining or factory employment
• Six (6) months or more of forklift experience
• A minimum of one (1) year of continuous employment within the past five (5) years
• Experience in the pulp and paper industry
