Your Job
As a Records Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting and transforming the HR services provided to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various aspects of HR work and drive innovation, simplification, and scalability. What You Will Do
- Manage and oversee the central filing system for both electronic and paper employee records in accordance with federal, state, and HIPAA regulations.
- Demonstrate utmost care and confidentiality when managing sensitive information and practice careful communications.
- Facilitate the retrieval of employee records as needed, responding promptly to requests from authorized personnel (Business HR, Legal, HR Compliance and Supervisors)
- Take charge of maintaining and organizing employee master file records. This includes tasks such as indexing, imaging, storing, and retrieving records and documents in the approved SharePoint site.
- Efficiently manage employment verifications and child support orders by completing and routing them to third-party agencies.
- Conduct software validation testing and quality assurance (QA) testing for the implementation of electronic document management systems.
- Partner with third-party vendors to effectively manage off-site record retention.
- Ensure the Records and Information Management (RIM) program is effectively applied throughout the entire lifespan of employee personnel files, including creation, retention, and eventual destruction.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to implement process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and best practices in records management, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Who you are.
- Previous experience collaborating with customers to solve complex problems.
- Experience managing sensitive information (i.e., medical, employment, payroll, etc.)
- Experience using Microsoft O365 applications such as Outlook Word, Excel, and Teams
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in a Human Resources role such as payroll, benefits, customer service.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment in which you had to manage multiple, often competing, priorities.
- Experience researching, troubleshooting, and resolving consumer issues.
- Human Capital Management Systems (HCM) platform or payroll platform like SAP

Job Type: Temporary
Hours: 8 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. CST Monday through Friday.
Pay: $22 per hour
