Job Description

Encadria is excited to partner with Guardian Glass in DeWitt, Iowa for this great opportunity!  The facility is looking for a skilled shipping admin to join the team on a temporary basis with potential for hire- working to assist as they have implemented a new ERP system.  This role is full time for 3 plus months, $19 an hour starting at 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime. Follow for more on the responsibilities of this new position-
  • Updating Inbound and Outbound shipments in ERP system
  • Working in system and with co-workers problem solving load issues
  • Printing BOL’s for loads
  • Sorting and placing BOL’s in carrier specific baskets
  • Sorting and filing various other shipping documents
  • Documenting and keeping track of load progress
  • Assisting operators and drivers with load issues
  • Able to stand all day
  • Able to work in the heat
  • Able to multitask
