Encadria Staffing Solutions is currently working to hire a Technical Support Representative for Georgia-Pacific’s Research and Development facility in Decatur, GA.

Role: Technical Support Representative



  • Answer customer questions related to products and applications via phone, email, or letter
  • Work with technical service team to determine appropriate response to customer questions

Minimum requirements:

  • Associate degree
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service field
  • Interpersonal skills to collaborate with coworkers of various technical levels
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Advanced experience with MS Office; Excel, Word, SharePoint
  • Proven ability to organize work


Desired requirements:

  • Associate degree in a technical field
  • Knowledge of building products, construction, or other related sciences
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or Spanish/French
  • Salesforce experience
