This is a temporary assignment and the scheduled dates are listed below:

  • December 3, 2025 | 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM
  • December 4, 2025 | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Additional blood drive assignments are anticipated in March, May, July, and December 2026.

Position Overview

As a Temporary Blood Drive Registration Assistant, you will support our blood donation events on a limited and scheduled basis. Your role is crucial in ensuring an efficient and smooth process for donors during these special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Register blood donation applicants efficiently and courteously
  • Help set up donation stations, including check-in and post-donation areas
  • Monitor donors for any adverse reactions during or after donation and notify medical staff as necessary
  • Understand and follow policies related to hyper-immune programs, if applicable
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all donor, personnel, and center information

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum one year of administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively at all organizational levels
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent time management skills
